Do I Qualify?

• ​​You are disconnected from service, have a past-due heating or electric bill, or are low on fuel.
• You pay your bill directly to a utility or fuel provider.
• You haven’t received bill payment assistance for this bill from any other EOC partner agencies this program year: October 1 to September 30.

To begin the application process, please send a copy of your Photo ID and your most recent Past Due Bill to info@lupuscolorado.org. We will follow up with the proper forms to complete your EOC application.
