Community Impact Manager

Bridget Dandaraw-Seritt is joining Lupus Colorado as Community Impact Manager, bringing more than two decades of experience in public policy, education, patient advocacy, and community building to the organization.

Bridget has lived with rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Sjögren’s syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, dysautonomia, and other chronic conditions since childhood. Her lived experience, combined with her professional background, has shaped a career dedicated to helping medically complex patients and families stay connected, informed, supported, and empowered.

Community connection is at the heart of Bridget’s work. She is passionate about bringing people together, strengthening patient voices, expanding access to resources, and ensuring that people navigating chronic illness have a meaningful role in the policies and systems that affect their lives.

Bridget has called Colorado home since 2013, where she lives with her husband and enjoys spending time with their three adult children and two grandchildren. She is excited to bring her experience and passion to Lupus Colorado and help strengthen our connection with the lupus community across the state.
